There are currently seven Semi-custom products available for purchase: Logo, Business Card, Personal Brochure, Social Media & Email Headers, Stationery Collection, Outlook Email Signature and Property Marketing Templates for Listing Concierge. The site also offers Custom products for an hourly rate of $50: Custom Advertising, Brochure, Business Card, Door Hanger, Email Image and Text Flyer,Customized Residential Listing Presentation, Logo, Postcard, Professional Bio Copy, Signage, Customized GL Listing Presentation & Property Marketing Plan, Outlook Email Signature HTML, Social Media & Email Headers, Stationery Collection.

Due to company policies, certain Coldwell Banker programs are not to be promoted in agent personal brand messages. This is in part due to availability of program, outside partnership agreements, and the like. Please see your local field marketing team for additional information specific to individual company programs, partnerships or local initiatives.

Design Concierge reserves the right to share any completed work in order to promote or display Design Concierge products and services.

In order to allow agents to select paper stock and coating specific to their individual needs and preferences, printing is not included with any Design Concierge product. This allows agents to make choices about quantity, paper stock, and coating that would otherwise not be available. We have also negotiated preferred printing specifications
with Xpressdocs, exclusively for Design Concierge products. Those are detailed in Section 5.0 of this document.
